What do the results mean? Mudly shows an Exact amount and an Order amount. The Order amount adds a waste factor (10% by default) because some concrete is always lost to spillage, uneven subgrade, and over-excavation. Bag counts are rounded up separately for each.
Can I change the waste factor or default bag size? Yes. open Settings to set your preferred waste factor and default bag size, and to switch unit systems.
What does Premium include? Premium is a one-time purchase (US $3.99) that removes ads, unlocks the Bag vs Truck cost comparison, and gives you unlimited calculation history. The free version always lets you calculate and share results.
I bought Premium but it's not showing / I got a new phone. Open Settings → Restore purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, your Premium will be restored. Purchases are tied to your store account, not to Mudly.
Why do I see ads and a consent prompt? Ads keep Mudly free. If you're in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. On iOS, the system also asks whether the app may track you. You can change these choices any time:
Does Mudly send my data anywhere? No. Your dimensions, saved pours, and history stay on your device. Mudly has no server and no account. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising works.
Does Mudly work offline? Yes. All calculations work without an internet connection. (Ads and consent prompts need a connection to load.)
How do I delete my data? Uninstalling Mudly removes all of your locally stored settings and history.
Mudly provides estimates to help you plan. Actual requirements vary with site conditions, subgrade, formwork, spillage, and product specifications. Always confirm quantities with your concrete or bag supplier before ordering or pouring.
