Mudly ("the app", "we", "us") is a concrete volume calculator operated by
TON CO., LTD. This policy explains what information is involved when you
use Mudly and the choices you have. We designed Mudly to keep your data on your
device — we do not run servers, and we do not require an account.
The short version
- Your calculations stay on your device. Everything you type — dimensions,
saved pours, project sections, settings — is stored locally on your phone and
is never sent to us or to any server.
- We have no account and no server. You never sign up, and we never see your
data.
- The app is free, supported by ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which
collects some device information to serve and measure ads. You control this
through the consent choices described below.
- You can remove ads with a one-time purchase. Payment is handled entirely
by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.
Information stored on your device
The following is created and kept only on your device and is not transmitted
to us:
- App settings (unit system, default waste factor, default bag size).
- Your calculation history and saved project sections.
Uninstalling the app removes this data.
Information collected automatically for advertising
Mudly shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve, cap, and measure ads, Google
and its advertising partners may collect and process:
- Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app
version, language, coarse location inferred from IP address).
- Advertising and device identifiers. On iOS, the identifier for advertisers
(IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking (see "Apple App Tracking
Transparency" below); otherwise non-personalized signals are used.
- Ad-interaction data (which ads were shown, tapped, and general performance).
- Diagnostic and performance data used by the advertising SDK, such as non-user-related crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent party under
Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's
advertising terms. See "How Google uses information" at
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The list of
advertising partners is available in the consent form shown inside the app.
We do not ourselves collect analytics and we do not use any third-party
analytics SDK.
